Deskripsyon

South 15th street from Washington ave all the way down to Passyunk, in Newbold has been blanketed large yellow "Txt for $$" signs on every stop sign pole. Every block has one right above the stop sign. When calling the number it goes to voicemail. Some often block the actual stop sign. The signs are stacking on top of each other since they stay for months.

I believe our neighbors association, checked with the police about this. They are illegal and you can take them down yourself if you see them. we have already removed many from Snyder ave.

I seen them put them up. Lugging a 40 gallon trash can with wheels. Step ladder in it with a stack of signs while he's holding a cordless nail gun and hammer.

Not sure if you want to confront a large black guy holding a nail gun. The plastic signs make great trunk liners for your car.
